Full Hosting

We set up your Airbnb from start to finish. The Ad will go through our Airbnb account and be fully managed by a manager. You are not required to do a thing other than collect your monthly cheques $$. (Option to be involved as a co-host if you prefer)

Cost: $300 (one off set up fee) + 15% of monthly takings

Sign up prior to March 30 and we will wipe the set up fee.

Co-Hosting

This is where you have an existing Airbnb listing set up and operational. You will add one of our reps as the co-host and they will take over all communications.

Cost: 15% of monthly takings

Holding tradies to a schedule and a budget can be stressful, so thats where we come in. Having industry partners makes our jobs high priority whilst assuring budgets and productivity are optimilised

After a consultation with the client, we organise the contractor, materials and quote. You can be involved as much or as little as you like but be assured we are covering all the bases.

Detailed invoicing is provided at all times.

A lot of people dont have the time or aren’t around to do the regular maintenance in order to keep their properties first class. Allow us to send round someone round to put your mind at ease.

We will keep you in the loop with updates and pricing to avoid any unwanted surprises. Work gets documented and photographed to keep your mind at ease.
